On Wednesday, September 16, the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Marketing Association (Jax AMA) will host a full-day seminar titled, "Content, Conversion, Community: The Keys to Online Marketing." The event will address online branding, social media, mobile technology and other related topics.

Thanks to some generous sponsors, Jax AMA will provide breakfast and lunch. The seminar will take place at the Modis Building from 7:30am to 4:10pm. A networking social at the Twisted Martini will follow from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.

The entry fee is hard to believe -- $20 for AMA members and $50 for nonmembers. Even better, the organization will waive the first year's local membership dues ($30) for any nonmembers who join AMA between the time they register and the end of the event week. Applicants will still have to pay $195 for national dues and a $30 application fee.
